Do you provide installation assistance and/or configuration assistance if I can’t get a tool to run correctly on my site or need help setting up the tool inside the control panel?

Yes, we provide full installation and configuration assistance. Simply submit a support ticket inside the control panel using the “Contact Support” button on the bottom left of any screen and explain your issue and we will directly assist you in either installing or setting up the tool.
