After installing the Live Search Add-On or the Embedded Search Add-on with Live Search enabled, I only get “undefined” in the list when I type in a search?

You have not set the authorized domain for your dataset or you excluded the specific sub-domain where you have installed the tool(s). 

Login to the control panel, go the the specific dataset and right below the API key it will show which domains are authorized. 

Make sure that you enter in the correct domain and/or sub-domain where your tool is installed. 

Look in your browser’s address bar at the URL and enter in whatever comes after https:// up until it ends with the domain extension type (usually that will be .com). 

If you have installed your tool on a sub-domain, that must be entered in the authorized domains setting for the dataset. 

Common subdomains are www and shop. 

Example: www.my-website.com , shop.mywebsite.com, and mywebsite.com are all different authorized domains if your domain was mywebsite.com. 

When in doubt, enter in BOTH the domain without the sub-domain and whatever sub-domain appears in your browser (i.e. www).
